Ik watching the old ones and seeing the events that were more rough that it wasn't always great event after great event but these still make me hopeful for when I roll out my business. As soon as I saw you setting up your tent for the first time and saw you had no weights I hoped for no bad weather. A tent can fly away, ruin your displays and hurt people if not properly weighted down. There are many different types of weights but the best really is buckets or bags with sand or gravel tied to the legs. Did you incorporate the cost of the tent into your pie chart, since it was an expense just for this event?
We had someone bring rocks later in the day, so it was secure! I mentioned in the video that I don’t do outdoor events, so this isn’t something that’s on my radar. And it is not included in the pie chart because I might return it!
Y'all just got done with a heat wave and I'm getting freezing temps AND snow on Monday/Tuesday 😭 In all seriousness though, I LOVE the looks of your setup for this, even if the banner didn't end up fitting. What an awesome little event! And gosh that lil Periwinkle boba sticker really has my heart. Loved your video with Maci, and I can't wait to see that Kickstarter unfold!!!
